Since its establishment in 2017, CR SEA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD has resulted in more than ten construction projects of various sizes, with 10 building projects currently under construction, the Hampton Residential Development in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Selangor Office Building and related peripheral projects, the Foundation Project of the Residential Grand Residences in Subang Jaya, which include serviced flats building development. The projects include serviced apartment development, hotel development, residential hotel development and piling works. The rapid growth in recent years has helped to improve the overall performance of CR Construction Group Holdings Limited and achieve a new breakthrough.

In 2020, during the global COVID-19, CRSMSB adhered to the spirit of overcoming difficulties and solving problems, actively promoted the progress of each project, ensured the smooth progress of the project and also protected the rights and interests of employees, so as to achieve the overall comprehensive development of the company.
