2026年4月25日至26日,華營東南亞(馬來西亞)有限公司(CRSEA)參與於吉隆坡會展中心(KLCC)舉辦的「MYFutureJobs Premium Career Fair」大型招聘展,並於現場設立企業展位,積極開展人才招聘及企業品牌推廣工作。

On 25 and 26 April, CR SEA participated in the “MYFutureJobs Premium Career Fair” held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), where OUR company set up a corporate booth to actively carry out talent recruitment and corporate brand promotion activities.

本次招聘展由馬來西亞社會保險機構(PERKESO/SOCSO)主辦,吸引眾多本地及國際企業參與,現場人流踴躍。華營東南亞(馬來西亞)有限公司藉此平台,向求職者介紹公司業務發展、企業文化及職位需求,進一步提升公司在馬來西亞市場的品牌知名度及影響力。本次招聘活動共收到500餘份求職簡歷,招聘成果顯著,為公司後續人才儲備及本地化發展提供了有力支持。

The career fair was organised by the Social Security Organisation of Malaysia (PERKESO/SOCSO) and attracted participation from numerous local and international companies, drawing a large number of visitors throughout the event. Through this platform, our company introduced its business development, corporate culture, and job opportunities to job seekers, further enhancing our company’s brand awareness and influence in the Malaysian market. The recruitment event successfully received more than 500 job applications, providing strong support for our company’s future talent pipeline and localisation development efforts.

展會期間,公司董事副總經理楊鎮寧、副總經理饒尚坤親臨現場指導,了解招聘情況並與到場嘉賓交流互動,充分展現公司對人才引進工作的高度重視。

During the event, our managing director, Mr. Johnny, together with Deputy Managing Director Mr. Rao Shangkun, visited the venue to provide guidance, review recruitment progress, and interact with distinguished guests, demonstrating our company’s strong commitment to talent acquisition and development.

此外,公司人事行政部經理 Ms Diana 積極推動員工招聘事宜並參加展會活動,與员工及政府嘉賓合影留念,其中包括馬來西亞社會保險機構(PERKESO/SOCSO)首席執行官 Datuk Seri Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammad、馬來西亞人力資源部部長YB Dato’ Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan ,以及副部長 YB Datuk Khairul Firdaus Bin Akbar Khan。

In addition, our company’s HR & Admin Manager, Ms. Diana, actively promoted recruitment initiatives and participated in the exhibition activities. She also took commemorative photos with staff members and government representatives, including PERKESO/SOCSO Chief Executive Officer Datuk Seri Mohammed Azman Aziz Mohammad, Malaysia’s Minister of Human Resource YB Dato’ Sri Ramanan Ramakrishnan, and Deputy Minister YB Datuk Khairul Firdaus Bin Akbar Khan.

活動期間,Ms Diana 亦與馬來西亞人力資源部(KESUMA)兩位部長就公司未來發展方向、本地人才招聘、市場人才需求及企業與政府機構合作等議題進行交流探討。雙方均表示,未來將進一步加強聯繫與合作,共同推動本地人才發展及就業機會拓展,為企業長遠發展奠定良好基礎。

During the event, Ms Diana also engaged in discussions with the two ministers from Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) on topics including our company’s future development direction, local talent recruitment, market talent demands, and collaboration opportunities between enterprises and government agencies. Both parties expressed their intention to further strengthen communication and cooperation in the future to jointly promote local talent development and expand employment opportunities, thereby laying a solid foundation for our company’s long-term growth.
